Shipping

All domestic packages are shipped via UPS at a flat rate of $12. We are not offering international shipping at this time. Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed.

Once orders have shipped, no revisions or cancellations to the order can be accepted.

After an order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number of the order.

Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased online that have not been worn, washed, dry cleaned, altered or damaged can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 10 days of receiving. If bought in store items, must be returned within 10 day of original purchase. Store credit and gift cards are good for one year from date of purchase. All items must be returned in original packaging and condition. Tags must be attached to the item(s) and a receipt must accompany the return/exchange. All purchases on jewelry and sale items are final sale.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise store credit and/or exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned merchandise and after inspection of the items. genachandler.com reserves the right to deny a refund if merchandise does not meet our return policy. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox. Shoes returned without the original box or in a damaged shoebox will not be accepted.

genachandler.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages being returned.

Please note, this return policy is only applicable to purchases made online.

genachandler.com accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER.

A sales tax of 7.25% will only be charged to those residents who live in North Carolina. This is where the only brick and mortar Gena Chandler store is at this time.

Privacy

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. Any information you provide is confidential and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to, such as being sold to third parties or reused without your permission.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order.

We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. You may take your name off this list at anytime.
