When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days via UPS.
Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, we are happy to assist with phone orders. Please call or text us at 919-881-9480 to place your order.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to edit or cancel orders after submitted.
How can I return or exchange an item?
Clothing can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. The
item(s) must be unworn, and original tags must be attached. All sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or store credit.

How do I track my order's processing and shipment?
After checking out, you’ll receive a confirmation email with order details, including your UPS tracking number. Order fulfillment and tracking also are available in Shopify. If you do not receive confirmation, please email gc@genachandler.com.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What if my item(s) arrive damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, please email gc@genachandler.com with your name, order number, description of the damage, and pictures. Gena Chandler is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment. Please reach out to UPS to file a claim.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Gena Chandler is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave our store.

Do you offer price adjustments?
We do not offer price adjustments if your item becomes discounted further. All sale
items also are final sale, and not eligible for price adjustments, returns or exchanges.
Can I redeem a gift card or store credit online?
Yes. Gift cards and store credits can be redeemed in store or online.
