Shipping & Returns
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm EST will be processed and shipped that same day. All orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will be processed and shipped the following Monday or business day.

All orders will be shipped UPS GROUND and rates will be determined by the UPS estimate given when you complete the checkout process. There is an additional $5.00 processing and handling fee that will be added to the order total.

If you would like merchandise shipped 2nd day or next day air, please send an email to customerservice@genachandler.com. We will send you rates within 24 hours of receipt of your email.

Once orders have shipped no revisions or cancellations to the order can be accepted.

After an order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number of the order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted for items that have not been worn, washed, dry cleaned, altered or damaged. All tags must be attached to the item(s) and a receipt must accompany the return/exchange. Items returned within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise can be returned for a refund. After 10 business days items are not eligible to be returned.

Please fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE form enclosed with the order and send it along with the merchandise to the following address:

Upon receipt of returned merchandise refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned merchandise and after inspection of the items GenaChandler.Com reserves the right to deny a refund if merchandise does not meet our return policy. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox. Shoes returned without the original box or in a damaged shoebox will not be accepted.

GenaChandler.Com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages being returned.
